How about fixing some vegetarian hamburger. Tomatoes to replace bread and seitan instead of meat. Of course, you will add some sliced cheese and pickle to make it perfect. It is going to be delicious and healthy.

Ingredients

 4 large tomatoes
 4 steak of seitan
 4 slices of 80g of Emmental cheese for burger
  Big sweet and sour pickles
 100 g white onion, minced
 4 tbsp Ketchup (or other sauce)
 3 tbsp olive oil
 100 ml Water
 Salt, Pepper

Directions

Cut the tomatoes in half like a burger bun

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Pour the oil into the bowl

Brown the onions

Stop the mode browning

Built the burgers: Tomato base, onion sauce, sliced pickle, steak, sliced cheese, tomato

Arrange the burger tomatoes in the bowl

Add 10 cl of water

Put the instant pot under pressure cooking 6 minutes

Take the burger out
