This is a little long to prepare but you will have a complete meal to serve to your guest. They will certainly enjoy that good dish of savory sauerkraut.

Alsatian sauerkraut

Ingredients

 1 piece of pork hock
 1 piece of smoked bacon
 1 Montbéliard sausage
 6 Strasbourg sausages
 6 potatoes
 1.50 kg cooked sauerkraut
 500 ml white wine
 500 ml water
 Onion, garlic
 1 bouquet garnished

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chopped onion and garlic

Add the hock and bouquet garnished

Cover with white wine and water

Put in quick cooking 25min

Remove the meat and recover the cooking juice

Put in the bowl the sauerkrout, smoked bacon, cut sausage, potatoes, and meat.

Pour in the cooking juices until they cover the cabbage

Put them in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes

Cook the Strasbourg sausages
