This is a version of thins slices of beef with some Asian herbs and spices. It will be slightly hot and should warm everybody. It is going to taste just fine with rice to accompany the dish

Burgundian beef revisited

Ingredients

 800 g beef cut into pieces
 200 ml red wine.
 200 ml Thai stock
 70 g bacon
 150 g onions, minced
 Salt, pepper
 1 tbsp curry

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning Add the red wine and Thai stock Cook for 35 minutes in the cooker

Brown the meat, bacon and onions 10min

Salt, pepper and add the curry

Add the red wine and Thai stock

Pressure cook for 35 minutes
