 4 large tomatoes
 4 steak of seitan
 4 slices of 80g of Emmental cheese for burger

 Salt, Pepper

Cut the tomatoes in half like a burger bun

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Pour the oil into the bowl

Brown the onions

Stop the mode browning

Built the burgers: Tomato base, onion sauce, sliced pickle, steak, sliced cheese, tomato

Arrange the burger tomatoes in the bowl

Add 10 cl of water

Put the instant pot under pressure cooking 6 minutes

Take the burger out
