Here is a rather light and healthy recipe to prepare for your friends or family. You will mix chopped turkey with tomatoes and quinoa. Quinoa has become more and more popular in replacing wheat.

Turkey escalope, beer and Elodie’s quinoa

Ingredients

 200 ml beer
 4 tomatoes cut into pieces
 2 turkey escalope cut into pieces
 Pepper, salt
 150 g quinoa
 1 minced onion

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat and onion with a drizzle of olive oil

Add the rest of the ingredients

Cook for 12 minutes under pressure or quick cooking
