Turkey escalope, beer and Elodie’s quinoa

 200 ml beer
 4 tomatoes cut into pieces
 2 turkey escalope cut into pieces
 Pepper, salt
 150 g quinoa
 1 minced onion

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat and onion with a drizzle of olive oil

Add the rest of the ingredients

Cook for 12 minutes under pressure or quick cooking
