Filling pastry with different types of ingredients in a sauce is very popular. Here, you have a recipe mixing chicken, mushrooms and a few other ingredients. When the filling is ready, you just pour it the pastry before serving.

Ingredients

 700 g chicken breast
 250 g frozen mushrooms
 40 g butter
 75 g flour
 100 ml liquid cream
 450 ml poultry stock
 Parsley
 1 can dumplings
 Salt, pepper
 White wine
 1 minced onion

Directions

Set the instant pot to mode browning

Brown the chicken and onion in a little butter

Add all the other ingredients

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 4min
