This is a version of meatball with a touch on the north. Some good spices and a rich creamy sauce will make that dish a real winner when you serve it to your friend.

Swedish meatball

Ingredients

 250 g ground pork
 250 g ground beef
 2 slices crust less bread
 120 ml milk
 1 chopped onion
 1 egg
 ¼ tbsp 4 spices
 ¼ tbsp nutmeg
 ¼ ginger
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 250 ml beef broth
 25 g butter
 4 tbsp sunflower oil
 Fresh cream
 Salt and pepper

Directions

Heat the milk and dip the bread in a bowl,

Mix the meat, bread, onion, egg and spices, salt and pepper

Form balls with the mixture obtained

Mix the cornstarch with the beef broth

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the balls on all sides for 5min in the oil and butter

Add the cornstarch mixture

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 6min

At the end of cooking, add the fresh crea
