How about stuffing some tomatoes with ham and cheese? The flesh of the tomatoes will be mixed up with meat, cheese, and a variety of herbs. Served with rice, it should be delicious.

Ingredients

 8 firm tomatoes
 4 slices of chopped ham
 10 individual wrap soft cheese
 180 g of rice
 1 tbsp of Provence herbs
 1 drizzle of olive oil
 200 ml of water

Directions

Cook the rice according to the recipe of the ingredients mode > rice

PREPARE THE TOMATOES

Cut the "hats" of the tomatoes

Empty the flesh in a bowl

Add the ham and the cheese to the tomato meat

Mix

Add the herbs of Provence

Salt, pepper

Add cooked rice

Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture

Put the "hats" back on the tomatoes

Put the tomatoes in the steam basket

Add 200ml of water in the bowl

Add a drizzle of oil on the tomatoes

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 7min
