Savoy (diots) sausages with cabbages

Diots are delicious Savoyard sausages, usually cooked in white wine with onions or grilled and they come in several varieties. In that recipe, they will be cooked with cabbage, tomatoes, and rice for the most part.

Ingredients

 4 ars cut into pieces
 ½ white cabbage in slices
 1 white onion, minced
 3 tomatoes cut into 4
 200 ml of tomato sauce
 150 g of rice
 600 ml of veal stock
 1 tbsp of olive oil
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onion and sausages in a little olive oil for 5min

Add all the other ingredients

Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode for 20min
