Risotto with vegetables

This is a recipe that will take a bit of time to prepare. There are a lot of different vegetables to add to the rice before cooking the whole mixture. It will be a healthy dish full of flavors.

Ingredients

 400 g arborio rice
 2 tbsp fresh cream
 1 large chopped onion
 2 cloves of crushed garlic
 250 ml dry white wine
 40 g butter
 1.50 l water +2 vegetable bouillon cubes
 150 g bacon
 80 g grated parmesan cheese
 1 zucchini in rings
 1 small leek in rings
 2 sliced carrots
 1 large turnip in pieces
 200 g fresh mushrooms, minced

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the garlic and onion in a little butter

Add the vegetables and bacon

Add the rice

Pour in the white wine

Add the broth

Put the instant pot in pressure 18min

At the end of the cooking, put the cream

Serve with the parmesan
