 400 g fresh goose liver
 3 leeks
 100 g peas
 50 g butter
 300 g rice
 1.50 l chicken broth
 Parsley
 1 bouquet garnished
  Flour
 1 pinch nutmeg
  Olive oil
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Cut the foie gras into cubes and flour

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the leek whites and goose liver in a little oil 3min

Add the rice

When the rice becomes translucent

Pour in the broth and add the nutmeg, pepper and bouquet garnished

add the peas

Put the instant pot in mode pressure cooking for 8min
