Risotto with chipolata, bacon, ground meat and ceps

This is a meat risotto to feed a hungry crowd. Sausages, bacon and ground meat will be mixed up with the rice. Some tomatoes, spices, and herbs will conclude the preparation.

Ingredients

 6 chipolata cut in two
 200 of bacon
 200 g of ground meat
 1 small can of mushrooms
 1 can of tomato pulp
 1 bouillon cube
 300 g of arborio rice
 1 yellow onion minced
 2 tbsp of olive oil

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry sausages, onion, and bacon in a little oil

Add the ground meat and mushrooms

Stir well

Add the rice

Fry until the rice becomes translucent

Add the tomato and crumbled cubes

Add water until the ingredients are covered

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min
