Pork roast goes well with fruits. In the following recipe, it's mixed up with apples. Cider will be used to cook the meat after it has been browned. It's also a low-calorie recipe for the weight watchers friends

 480 g pork roast in the fillet
 2 shallots minced
 6 small apples in quarters
 1 small can of button mushrooms minced
 3 tbsp vegetable margarine 60%
 330 ml raw cider
 1 bouquet garnished
 1 tbsp veal stock
 3 tbsp cream 5%
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the roast in the instant pot and add the shallots

Add all the ingredients

Pressurize the instant pot under 18min
