 1 pork tenderloin
 1 minced red onion
 1 minced shallot
 1 bag of dried apricots
 1 bouillon cube
 1 tsp ginger powder
 1 tsp cumin powder
 1 tsp turmeric powder
 1 tbsp olive oil 1
 1 tbsp veal stock
 1 tbsp cornstarch
  Salt, pepper
 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Directions

Degrease the filet mignon and cut it in small pieces

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion and shallot in a little oil for 2min

Add the meat cubes

Fry 3 to 4 min

Sprinkle with spices, salt, and pepper

Add the bouillon cube, dried apricots and 400ml of water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 20min

Add the parsley
