Pork chops with tomato sauce and cream

In that recipe, you will fix the chops with a Provencal touch. A few spices can make a lot of difference in a simple dish. It will transform an ordinary dish into a fancy one.

Pork chops with tomato sauce and cream

Ingredients

 70 g tomato paste
 1 onion, minced
 250 ml cream
 50 g margarine
 6 pork chops
 Salt, pepper
 Provencal herbs
 250 ml water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the pork chops and onion in the margarine (you will have to do it several times)

Once the ribs are golden, put them in the bowl with the tomato paste, Provencal herbs, and, water

Salt, and pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 8min

At the end of cooking, take out the pork chops

Switch the instant pot to mode browning

Add the fresh cream to the tomato sauce

Leave in browning mode until it boils

Serve the pork chop covered with tomato sauce and cream
