The stuffing of any birds is always fun and you can use anything you want. In that case, you have some plums with pork and plenty of herbs. It is a real holiday dish that is going to be delicious.

Ingredients

 4 quails
 500 g pork and veal stuffing
 20 plums
 2 onions, minced
 250 chicken broth
 Salt, pepper
  Parsley
 1 egg
 Garlic
 250 white wine

Directions

Mix the stuffing with salt, pepper, parsley, garlic, and egg

Stuff the quails and make balls with the rest of the stuffing

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the quails and onions

Deglaze with white wine

Add the broth and plums

Add a little flour

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 15min
