Osso buco of turkey in a country style

Ingredients

 800 kg Osso Buco
 1 onion, minced
 125 g bacon
 3 carrots in rings (frozen or not)
 3 potatoes cut into 4
 1 small box of button mushrooms
 500 ml dry white wine
 500 ml water
 20 ml Madeira
 1 tbsp fresh cream
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat, onions and bacon

Sprinkle with flour

Pour in the white wine and water

Add the carrots, potatoes, mushrooms

Salt, pepper and add the Madeira wine

Switch the instant pot to quick cooking mode 20min

At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream
