 2 shallots, minced
 1 cup soft creamy cheese with shallots and chives
 10 sprigs of chives
 2 kg kilos of chop mussels, cleaned
 1 tbsp curry
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 cup dry white wine
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the shallots and leek

Add the mussels and curry

Seasoning

Leave in mode browning 10min

Add the cheese

Continue the browning mode 2min
