Ingredients

 900 g monkfish from
 90 g smoked bacon
 180 g carrots in rings
 150 g onions, minced
 1 bouquet garnished
 450 g mushrooms cut in 4
 300 ml red wine
 1 tbsp liquid honey
 3 tbsp chopped chervil
 Salt and pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the bacon during preheating

Add the monkfish

Add all the other ingredients except the chervil

Mix well

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 5min

Sprinkle with chervil on the plate when ready to serve
