This is a simple but rich dessert with sugar and custard ingredients. You will serve them with some whipped cream. It will end up rather nicely a light meal.

Ingredients

 2 eggs
 95 g brown sugar
 60 ml unsweetened condensed milk
 60 g melted butter
 90 g flour
 1 tbsp baking powder
 1.50 tbsp bicarbonate
 Whipped cream
  Maple syrup
 4 cooking glass coated with butter

Directions

Whipping eggs and sugar until white

Incorporate condensed milk, butter, flour, bicarbonate, and backing powder

Mix well

Fill the glasses 2/3

Cover with food film (special cooking)

Pour 25 cl of water into the tank

Put the oven glass in the steam basket

Start cooking under pressure for 12 minutes
