A simple and quick meat recipe combining lamb and spring vegetables. It will give you a taste of springtime. You will enjoy the delicate tenderness of the lamb and the color full vegetables with a dash of parsley on top before serving.

Lamb with spring vegetables

Ingredients

 1 shoulder roast of lamb
 1 tbsp flour
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 1 mince onion
 1 bouquet garnished
 400 g carrot slice
 12 new potatoes cut into pieces
 300 g peas
 8 new turnips cut into pieces
 3 tbsp olive oil
 10 fl oz water

Directions

Cut the shoulder lamb in pieces

Put the instant pot in the mode roasting

Put the olive oil in the bowl

Roast the lamb

Add the onion and brown them lightly

Add all the ingredients

Switch instant pot in the pressure-cooking mode for a 1h
