The chicken will be marinated in a marinade full of herbs and Asian spices. It will be fried then cooked with the marinade and some honey. It will have a wonderful taste.

Lacquered chicken

Ingredients

 4 chicken thighs
  Parsley
 Rosemary
 Thyme
 Parsley
 150 ml soy sauce
 1 clove chopped garlic
 1 minced onion
 2 tbsp honey
 Butter
 100 ml chicken broth
  Salt and pepper
 Cornstarch diluted in a little cold water

Directions

Marinate the chicken overnight in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, onion, parsley, honey, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and parsley.

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put butter and oil in the instant pot

Fry the chicken on all sides (do not hesitate to make it brown)

Put all the ingredients in the bowl, including marinade

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 10min

At the end of cooking, take out the chicken

Put the diluted cornstarch in the sauce

Put the instant pot back in mode browning until the sauce thickens
