In that recipe, you prepare the turkey in an Asian fashion. A lot of spices and herbs will highly season the dish. Some coconut milk and cream to give it a final touch.

Ingredients

 700 g turkey
 2 onions
 Garlic
 2 tbsp curry
 1 tbsp ginger
 1 pinch of chili powder
 200 ml fresh cream
 Cornstarch
  Coriander
 200 ml poultry broth
 1 cup coconut milk

Directions

Set the instant pot to mode browning

Brown the meat in a little oil and butter with the onion and garlic

When everything is brown, sprinkle with spices and coriander

Sauté another 5min, mixing well

Salt, pepper

Cover with broth

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 35min

At the end of cooking put the instant pot back in browning mode

Add fresh cream, coconut milk and cornstarch to thicken your sauce a little
