Do you have some wild mushrooms in your fridge? Why not prepare that nice recipe of meat rolls in a delicious mushrooms sauce? A little parsley sprinkle on top will enhance the dish.

Forester meat rolls and cream

Ingredients

 4 meat rolls of veal or pork
 20 g margarine
 2 tbsp oil
 4 minced shallots
 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
 300 g mushrooms
 200 ml thick fresh cream
 Salt, pepper
 Chervil or parsley

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

In a mixture of margarine and oil, brown the meat rolls for 8 minutes

Add the shallots, garlic

Brown for 2 minutes

Add the mushrooms, salt, and pepper

Add 150ml of water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 20min

At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream
