Cheese always makes good sauce and you have many different one to be used. In that recipe, you mix the meat with some French soft cheese called (maroilles) named after a town.

Ingredients

 400 g pork tenderloin cut into large chunks
 1 onion, minced
 50 ml white wine
 100 g fresh cream, lightened to 5%
 70 g soft cheese (Maroilles) cut into pieces
 2 tsp oil
  Salt and pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Pour the oil into the tank

Fry the meat and onions in the tank

Stop the mode browning

Pour the white wine, fresh cream, salt, pepper and mix well

Put the pieces of soft cheese on top

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10 minutes
