Cream of cauliflower

The next recipe could be used as a first course or a soup as a light meal. It consists of cauliflower with a couple of potatoes to give a better texture. Cream and butter added at the end of cooking will enhance the taste.

Cream of cauliflower

Ingredients

 1 cauliflower in pieces
 2 potatoes
 750 ml of chicken broth
 Oregano
 Salt, pepper
 50 g of butter
 2 tbsp of fresh cream
 1 little chopped fresh chives for decoration

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the bowl except the cream, butter and chives

Pass the instant pot in quick cooking 10min

Mix outside the bowl with the butter and fresh cream

Sprinkle with chives when serving
