Chili with cayenne pimento

Chili can be made very hot for Mexican or edible for our more delicate palate. We are just not used to eat very spicy food like our Southern neighbor. Every so often, it is nice to eat something a little bit spicier.

Ingredients

 650 g chopped meat
 2 large onions
 300 g red beans
 400 ml tomato puree
 1 small can of corn
 2 pinches of cayenne pimento
 1 pot of poultry broth
 1 bouquet garnished
 Salt, pepper
  Garlic
 1 small can of tomato paste

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onions and meat

Add the tomato paste

Add the beans, corn, tomato puree, chili and broth

Stir

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 7min
