Chicken meatball and a satay sauce

That dish could very well be used as an aperitif. You dip these wonderful spicy chicken meatball in a sauce made of coconut milk. It just sounds absolutely delicious, do not hesitate to try it.

Chicken meatball and a satay sauce

Ingredients

 400 g chicken breasts
 1 piece of grated fresh ginger
 250 ml coconut milk
 3 tbsp satay spices
 2 tbsp peanut butter
 4 tbsp flour
 3 scallions
 Salt, pepper
 Little olive oil

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

During preheating, mix the chicken with the flour, ginger, scallions, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper

Form balls of about 3cm

When the preheating is finished, brown the balls in a little oil for 8min

In a bowl mix the coconut milk, satay spices and, cocoa butter

Serve the balls and hot sauce separately
