This is a good recipe for a first course or a vegetarian. The carrots with some good herbs and spices will confer it a wonderful texture and taste. Enjoy it with your family.

Carrots caviar

Ingredients

 300 g carrot in slices
 100 g sweet potato in pieces
 2 cloves of chopped garlic
 1 tbsp harissa
 1 tbsp cumin
 Fresh basil
 1 handful of crushed almonds
 ½ lemon juice
 A dash of oil
 Water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the carrots, potatoes, garlic, harissa and cumin in a little oil

Cover with water until halfway up the preparation

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 10min

At the end of cooking, drain the preparation keeping the juice

Mix by adding a little water until you obtain a smooth texture

Add the basil, almonds, and lemon before serving with slices of country bread

Serve with a slice of country bread
