Pork ribs are very good grill outside but you also can cook them in the instant pot. It will be quicker. After marinating them for a while, they will be fried. Then, they will be cooked with the marinade giving them a delicious taste.

Caramel pork ribs

Ingredients

 1.50 kg of cut pork ribs
 2 tbsp ginger powder
 6 tbsp oyster sauce
 6 tbsp nuoc-mâm spice
 6 tbsp brown sugar
 4 tbsp of sunflower oil

Directions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients

Let macerate for at least 4 hours in the fridge (you can leave it for 1 night)

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Remove the ribs from the marinade (keep it)

Caramelize the ribs for 5min

Add 20cl of water to the marinade

Put the mixture in the tank with the pork

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 20min

Take the ribs out of the tank

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Reduce the juice until it is thick

Serve the ribs covered with the sauce or put the sauce in a separate bowl
