Why not trying some beef with a really good mustard sauce and rice to accompany it. Some of that hot French mustard will confer to that dish a good strong taste for your guest to enjoy.

Beef slices with mustard

Ingredients

 2 cloves of garlic
 2 onions
 150 ml white wine
 350 ml beef broth
 1 bouquet garnished with salt, pepper
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 kg beef in pieces
 3 tbsp Dijon mustard

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning.

Fry the onions and garlic in olive oil

Fry the meat on each side until golden

Add the carrots

Add the wine and beef broth.

Put the bouquet garnished, salt, pepper

Add 3 tbsp of mustard

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 40min
