Beef flank and Cajun potatoes

Ingredients

 600 g potatoes cut into cubes
 500 g beef flank
 2 tbsp Cajun spice mixture
 250 g faisselle (French cheese)
 ½ juice of an orange
 2 tbsp Flour
 Olive oil
 1 tbsp sesame paste

Directions

In a bag put the flour, spices, and potatoes

Shake to coat them well

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat in a little oil

Take out and set aside

Put the potatoes in mode browning

Cook the potatoes

During cooking, mix in a bowl the sesame, cheese, orange juice, salt, and pepper

Serve the meat with a dash of sauce and the potatoes
