Artichokes with tuna sauce

Ingredients

 12 frozen artichoke bottoms
 1 large can of tuna
 2 eggs
 3 tbsp fresh cream
 1 tbsp mustard
 1 lemon juice
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the eggs in the tank, cover with water and cook under pressure 4min to make hard-boiled eggs

Empty the tank and shell the eggs

Mix the drained tuna, eggs, mustard, and fresh cream

Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper

Put the artichoke bottoms in the tank

Cover with water and cook under pressure for the time indicated on the package
