Here, you have a version of vegetarian paella. Instead of meat, the recipe calls for soy protein. It's a good substitute and also gives a good texture to the dish. With vegetables and spices, it will taste delicious.

Angelique's vegetarian paella

Ingredients

 250 g rice
 80 g textured soy protein
 800 ml water
 1 red pepper in cubes
 1 yellow pepper in cubes
 100 g frozen peas
 1 minced onion
 1 tbsp turmeric
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 1 tbsp paella spice mixture
 1 tbsp olive oil
 Salt, pepper
 1 cube organic vegetable bouillon

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion, rice and soy proteins in the oil

Put all the ingredients in the instant pot

Put it in pressure mode 6min

At the end of the cooking time, let stand 1 to 2min with the lid closed
