Zucchinis, potatoes, bacon and Roquefort cheese

This is a version of zucchinis with the special Roquefort cheese. It will mix up very nicely with the potatoes and vegetables. The result will be a nice dish to share with your friends

Ingredients

 3 zucchini, peeled and sliced
 3 potatoes
 1 package of bacon cubes
  Garlic
 Onion
 2 tbsp Roquefort
 Veal stock

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry garlic, onion, zucchini, potatoes and bacon in a little oil

Add the veal stock

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 4min

At the end of cooking put the Roquefort

Put in mode browning 1min
