Zucchinis, carrots, bacon and soft cheese (kiri)

That dish mixes carrots and zucchinis. The cheese will give some moisture and a nice creamy texture. Serve it to your family; they will love it.

Zucchinis, carrots, bacon and soft cheese (kiri)

Ingredients

 2 large handfuls of zucchini in frozen slices
 1 large handful of carrots in frozen slices
 1 package of bacon
 5 squares of Kiri cheese
 1 small amount of liquid cream

Directions

In the steam basket put the zucchini and carrots

Add 200ml of water in the tank

Switch to pressure cooking 3min

At the end of cooking,

Empty the vat

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the bacon

Add the vegetables

Add the crushed cheese with a little cream

Stir in brown mode until the cheese is well melted

Once melted, remove the vat from the instant pot to keep it from cooking
