Zucchini gratin

This is an interesting way to present a gratin. you will take some zucchini, make a puree and mix it with rice and an egg. Once the mixture is ready, you cover it with cheese before putting it in the oven. It sounds delicious.

Ingredients

 2 large zucchinis, peeled and cut into large slices
 1 small onion, minced
 50 g classic white rice
 4 tbsp fresh cream
 Grated Gruyere
 1 egg
 Olive oil
 Salt, pepper
 200 ml water

Directions

Put the rice in the bowl

Pour the water

Put the zucchinis in the steam basket

Put the rice on top

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 8min

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

When the zucchinis are cooked, crush them in a bowl with a fork to make a puree

Mix the rice with the zucchini puree

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onions and bacon in a little oil

Mix them with the zucchini, add the cream and egg

Salt, pepper

Pour everything into an oven dish

Cover with Gruyere
