Wonton with shrimps and ginger

Do you like Chinese food well spiced? Then, try the preparation of Chines ravioli with a good stuffing. They will be cooked in coconut milk with all kind of herbs and spices.

Ingredients

 20 Chinese ravioli pasta (wonton)
 300 ml water
 300 g peeled shrimp
 300 ml coconut milk
 2 tbsp fresh ginger
 2 stems lemongrass, in slices
 20 g chopped fresh coriander
 1 tbsp nuoc mam sauce
 1 lime zest

Directions

Mix the shrimps, half the coriander, ginger and stuff the wontons

Put the rest of the ingredients in the bowl

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Add the ravioli well closed by 10, cook them 2 minutes

Remove

Add liquid if the level drops

Put all the pre-cooked wontons back in the broth

Serve the wontons with a little broth

Sprinkle with lime zest
