This is a dish of mix up vegetables that will go well as an evening meal with your family. Let’s try the porridge with a good texture and taste. A few good spices and the cheese will do all the difference.

Ingredients

 10 g carrots
 10 g potatoes
 10 g leeks
 20 ml water
 10 g semolina
 20 ml infant milk
 1 knob butter
 1 pinch finely grated cheese

Directions

Cut the vegetables and put them in the steam basket

Put 20cl water in the instant pot

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 8min

During this time, heat the milk and pour in the semolina

Leave to cook for 3 to 4 minutes over low heat

When the vegetables are cooked, mix them out of the bowl

Mix the semolina with the vegetables

Add the butter and cheese
