Veal with pineapple and cashew nuts

Here is a little exotism for the preparation of that dish. Veal pieces will be mixed up with pineapple and a few Asian spices. Cashew nut will be served with the meat. It should be delicious.

Veal with pineapple and cashew nuts

Ingredients

 500 g veal fillet
 2 large cans of pineapple in syrup cut into
 1 handful of cashew nuts
 2 large sliced onions
 Olive oil
 200 ml water
 2 tsp . cinnamon
 1 tsp cardamom
 1 tbsp veal stock
 Parsley

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Roast the cashews 2min dry

Remove them and set aside

Put a little oil in the bowl and brown the veal 5min on all sides

Add all the ingredients except parsley and cashew nuts

Pass the instant pot in pressure cooking 8min

Serve with cashew nuts and parsley in the plate
