Turkey roast with Roquefort and pears

This is another good version of turkey roast. In that case, you take some slices of meat and put some cheese on it before rolling them. Serve with peat and a nice sauce, it should taste divine.

Turkey roast with Roquefort and pears

Ingredients

 4 turkey fillets
 100 Roquefort
 8 large pealed pears, quartered
 2 tbsp of agave syrup
 A few sprigs of thyme
 Olive oil

Directions

Place on each turkey fillet a slice of Roquefort

Roll the 4 fillets on themselves and tie to form 4 mini roasts

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the roasts on all sides in a little oil

Take them out and reserve

Replace by the pears

Put the instant pot in simmer mode

Cook for a few minutes to soften the pears

Add the agave syrup, the thyme

Put the roasts back

Put in simmer mode 10min more
