In that recipe, turkey is used with some good spices to enhance the dish. It is a light preparation to satisfy your weight watchers friends.

Ingredients

 550 g turkey fillet
 500 g fresh mushrooms in slices
 1 small onion, minced
 150 ml white wine
 200 ml cream 15 % mg
 50 ml balsamic vinegar
 300 ml water
 1 bouillon cube
 2 tsp paprika
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 1 tbsp cornstarch
 1 tbsp olive oil
  Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the oil in the tank

Fry the turkey fillet with the onions

Add the white wine and evaporate

Add the water, vinegar, stock cube, paprika, tomato paste, salt, pepper

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 20min

At the end of cooking, remove the turkey and keep it warm.

Put the instant pot back in mode browning

Fry the mushrooms for 3 minutes

Take a little cooking liquid and dilute the cornstarch in it

Pour into the vat

Make it thicken in mode browning

Add the cream
