This is a recipe with a special sauce to cover the pork pieces. The sauce is made in a Mexican style. Some chili pepper, ketchup, mustard, and whiskey are the ingredients to prepare the sauce.

Tex-mex pork belly

Ingredients

 800 g pork belly in large pieces
 3 tbsp ketchup
 2 tbsp bourbon whiskey
 2 tbsp mustard
 1 tbsp Mexican chilli pepper
 Sunflower oil
 100 ml water
 Salt and pepper

Directions

In a bowl, mix the ketchup, whiskey, mustard, chili, salt, pepper and water

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the pork in sunflower oil

Pour the contents of the bowl into the bowl

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 30min

At the end of cooking, take out the meat

Put the instant pot in mode browning and let reduce the juice 5min

Serve the pork covered with sauce or sauce in a separate bowl
