Terrine of salmon

This is an easy preparation of a terrine of salmon. After cooking the fish, it will be mixed up with cream, eggs, and several different spices to give it a lot of flavors.

Ingredients

 300 g of fresh salmon
 100 ml of liquid cream
 100 ml tomato paste
 3 eggs
 Spices: dill, garlic, nutmeg, paprika and salt

Directions

Put the salmon in the steam basket

Put in the tank 200ml of water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 7min

At the end of the cooking, crumble the salmon in a bowl and mix all the ingredients

Pour into a mold suitable for the instant pot

Put the mold in the steam basket with 200ml of water in the tank

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 30min
