If you like rabbit and liver, you could be interested in the following recipe. It consists of rabbits liver with ground sausages. Other ingredients will join the preparation to make a delicious terrine.

Terrine of rabbit

Ingredients

 250 g rabbit liver in pieces
 500 g ground sausage
 1 large onion, minced
 Parsley
 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
 Salt, pepper
 1 egg
 ½ mustard glass of cognac
 1 tbsp raisins
 Thyme, bay leaf

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the rabbit liver, salt, pepper, thyme and bay leaf

Stop browning mode

Pour in the cognac and close the turn off the instant pot for 15 minutes

Mix the pork meat, onion, parsley and egg

Mix the stuffing with marinated liver

Add the raisins

Pour into a mold and put in the steam basket with 250ml of water in the tank

Pass the cooking under pressure 15min

At the end of the cooking, open the instant pot and let cool for 30min

Put in the fridge 12h minimum

Serve in the mold or take it out
