This is a really nice dish of mix fish and crabs in stick mix up with all kinds of ingredients. It is cooked before being baked in an oven to give it a final touch. It is going to taste just delicious.

Surimi (crab stick) cassolette

Ingredients

 22 crab sticks cut into 4
 500 ml fresh cream
 5 large grated carrots
 1 chopped onion
 2 minced shallots
 Chops parsley
  Breadcrumbs
 150 g butter
 2 glasses of white wine

Directions

Put the oven to preheat to 180°C

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Add the butter during the preheating and sauté the onion and shallot for 5min

Add the carrots and brown 3min

Add the parsley,

Add the white wine and leave again 3min

Add the crab sticks and leave to brown for 3min

Stop the brown mode

Add the sour cream

Put the preparation in ramekins

Cover with breadcrumbs

Bake in the oven for 15min at 180°C
