When it comes to stuffing a tomato, the possibilities are infinite. In that recipe, the tomatoes will be stuffed with meat, a lot of African spices and herbs.

Ingredients

 6 large firm tomatoes
 500 g ground beef
 100 g grated gruyere cheese
 1 egg
 2 tbsp of olive oil
 1 head of garlic
 1 onion
  Salt and pepper
  Oriental spices
 Provence herbs or rosemarry
 Dried mint

Directions

Empty the tomatoes, keeping the hats and flesh

In a dish, mix the meat, cheese, egg, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, spices, and crumbled mint

Generously fill the tomatoes with the stuffing

Cut the hats and tomato flesh into pieces without throwing the juice

Pour the flesh and juice into the tank with salt, Provence herbs, and 1 chopped onion

Place the tomatoes on top

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 7min
