This is a recipe that should please the most difficult guest, Here, you will stuff cabbage leaves with a delicious stuffing made of mushrooms, ground meat, herbs, and spices.

Ingredients

 300 g cabbage
 250 g sausage meat
 300 g ground meat
 6 fresh mushrooms
 ½ long roll of bread
 A little milk
 140 g tomato paste
 Salt, pepper
 1 vegetable cube bouillon
 200 ml water

Directions

Cook the cabbage in quick cooking 5 minutes

Ince the cooking is done, remove one leaf at a time

Soak the bread without the crust with a little milk

Cut the mushrooms

Add them to the bread and mix

Add the sausage meat, salt, pepper and half of the can of tomato paste

Make mini cabbage by interspersing the meat mixture and cabbage leaves

Hold with string

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the cabbage on all sides

In 200ml of water mix the broth cube and the rest of the tomato

Put the mixture in the instant pot

Switch to pressure cooking mode 15min
