Ingredients
10 leeks in slices
30 fish sticks cut into 3
500 ml thick fresh cream
2 tsp curry
Directions
Cook the leeks using the ingredient mode
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the leeks with fish sticks, cream and curry with a drizzle of olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes
Switch the cookeo to heating mode 5min
